At about 20% HP he used a pot, i didn't use a pot, or rather i used a granite. Does he heal if you take any kind of pot?

He's too easy with high dps. Vagan should have some monster mods that are hidden (so you don't see it) in higher difficulties (drains life/mana, reflects dmg, cannot be stunned/frozen/ignited/shocked, immune to curses etc.). These mods are given randomly to him and he can only have 2 at a time. That should balance him out in higher difficulties where peoples' dps skyrockets.
Unarmed for life! (although I do like maces too recently)

Do you even read when things were said before your condescending posts about people complaining? Hint: this thread is from before the patch (and likely played a part in the patch).
And for everyone in the thread saying "he's so easy I 1 shot him trololol", the whole point was that he's not balanced at all WHILE levelling. Not at level 70 once you clear maps in 5 min. You first encounter him at like level 30, and from then until level 60, he's excessively too long to kill considering he uses potions and has a timer. Once you're done with Merc and doing maps, he's actually too much of a pushover and should be buffed, especially when compared to many other masters' missions.
