Saw him once in solaris in cruel then again on merci ledge. Dude just heals to much before timer runs out. Granted my arc DPS is only 2K at lvl 54.

and he uses life flasks. dunno if he drinks them when being stunned or frozen, but i never beat him in time in levels > 3 as well.

I can't even kill him with 5k dps in merci docks in the time limit. He just uses those life pots and the time runs out.
