My thoughts exactly. I just don't see how two letters that I haven't even found yet (unless they are 'BE') are gonna help me make a more or less random chain of numbers into a a transposition code of some sorts.

I'm having the same issue, really. Perhaps more obtuse thinking?

For what it's worth, you might be able to brute force a bit of it by assuming that "FR" are the first two letters of the code, and seeing where / how they travel to there from their current positions in the cipher.

I tried that earlier in notepad, but didn't get very far. Confusing!

Of the three missing numbers 0 4 6 only two are important, which I guessed were 4 and 6.
According to the first post these two relate to something on the wiki page, like chapters 4 and 6, 'Business Model' and 'External Links'.
This is nothing more than a lucky guess though.

This wouldn't be such a pain in the ass to decode if it if the deciphered script weren't also a random sequence of letters.
