The biggest problem is that there is no vector of searching=\ i mean noone would guess you need to use forum in 1st puzzle( tho only beta members could)
and noone would guess that you need to look page code to find answers in this puzzle (tho again only beta members could)
And there is no vector now to unscruble the code now even tho we know the letters. Its if you would say
guess the word starting with A. And the hint to solve would be its not a bear=\

At best, all of the clues will lead to an arbitrary web page from which we must discern which arbitrary piece of information is applicable to the cipher that makes it possible to unscramble the letters. It's a wild goose chase.
