LOL I gave up on the clues from the get go. I am just using his initial code that was scrambled within the 4 -'s and the "cipher" given on the first question.
Been trying to establish a pattern. The missing commas are spaces between series of 5 numbers. So each of those series is the key to unscrambling the code. Here is what I have so far.

Why do you guys look at link number 5 (broken skill page)

I can see that between 4 and 6 there is number 2.
But can't find something usefull to help with unjumbing the key :|

So im guessing the required numbers are 0, 4, 6.
And according to snuffle, only 2 are important.
And looking at the wikipedia page, 0 deos not reference anything, so the only important numbers are 4 and 6.

what if he doesn't mean a hyperlink, but a visible link between the letters and numbers. Though i'm not sure which 2 numbers and which 2 letters.
