Arc will be fine. I was disgusted at the overbuff, having been part of the fight to get it fixed.

Thats how every ARGP works.
You play Build Nr A . This Build skyrock, its going to be fotm. everyone is playing this build A. Nobody is playing Build B Anymore. They are going to Nerf Build A and Buff Skill / Build B. Next will be -> Everyone is Playing Build / Skill B and then just continue with -> this build skyrock ......-> Nerf B and Buff C and and and and. Its now time to figure out what skill / build is broken and then start playing build / skill "D" until they nerf this then lets swap to "E" *gg*. |

Which aura is nerfed?
If purity of fire and vitality then fak that man it means that RF build are gone now they can just do it and remove the skill itself. Now on another matter if say wrath or anger what will summoners do? I mean after removing snap shooting and nerfs for wrath and anger then summoners "a very very boring class" will become much more boring. unless something comes to take their place which is fine. |

Cleaning all endgame content with Arc - Empower - Spell Echo - Lightning Pen 4L setup was maybe a good indication that GGG went too far with this skill ? " Overbuffed? seriously it was mediocre at best it was just a lot of fun for people to use sure the general clear speed was decent but single target was way below other specs. Also I'm pretty sure none in top20 in 1mhc even used it. Which further proves my point. But whatever seemed like people had fun with it so lets bring out the pitch forks!
