I've tweaked my tree a little further and switched some jewels, that's why they don't show up. I'll update the first post later today.

Bought two almost perfect jewels and tweaked the tree a little. I'm now up to 218.7k dps. Updated the tree in the first post.

To put things into perspective, my goal was to hit about 150k to 180k with the new patch. Right now I've already gained 80k dps, that's over 60% extra over 1.3, without any decrease of survivability.

Very nice build and I am eager to start it as well. Have a question - how do you avoid mana problems?

I use the Blood Magic gems for my most used skills to avoid mana usage.

When you start levelling, you can use a Mana Leech gem until you are able to use Blood Magic and run Blood Rage.

Why don't you use Warlord's Reach or Martial Artistry? I feel like the increased radius would be pretty significant for Cyclone.

This build is not just about Cyclone. 218k Cyclone dps + buffed Ele prolif overkill damage from HoA == more than enough AoE damage to kill mobs I don't hit.

Is it worth it to use blood dance boots with this build?

when you are lvling maybe yes for the life regen against blood rage. But endgame other rare boots with 30% runspeed will give way faster clear speed.
