When I calculated the numbers on my RF guy, who has pretty good RF gear, I lost 9k DPS(60k to 51k). If you have the right items(Doryani's Catalyst, coral ring with high life + fire damage, and a amber amulet with high life + fire damage.), it's really not that much. After the leagues ended I stopped snapshotting at all in preparation. I was still able to solo double Dominus in the Palace map with a Kaoms heart at lvl 85. I'll also say I solo'd Atziri at lvl 75 when I re-rolled my spec to a Mara and no snapshotting was involved. I also tested it out with Belly of the Beast and it was still a very reliable toon. The biggest downside is it becomes a lot more expensive. A Doryani's Catalyst will be a necessity, and you will be required to replace the resists on Brightbeak on other gear making them more expensive. It will still be a reliable tanky build, it will just cost more.
