Not trying to be a ass but if you have so many problems with like everything in the game why are you playing it?
Also really Melee Splash if set up correctly is deadly more so with Herald of Ash/Ice now, cause you add ele dmg and ele profil with melee splash and it basicly hits everything on the screen. What more can you ask for?

Maybe you just aren't using the skills to their full power.

I would've banned TreeOfDead from the forums for bumping a thread like this. But that's just me.

- It should have a roll for increasing elemental damage by 24-36%
- It should have a roll for change elemental behaviour on user aswell

Let me see...
Somehow someone should update this whole thread, maybe by creating another thread with what should be priority to be balanced.
Some changes has already been implemented, and people should give feedback for them.
