As a hardware/network tech where I work, I don't know the specifics of the work being done in software. Why the fuck should I? I wouldn't have the context. For me to talk as if I did would be irresponsible. Walking into one department and expecting answers they aren't specialized to answer is moronic. If you fire someone for it, you aren't deserving of a position to fire people. Walk into an accounting and ask the lead accountant what changes are being made in the manufacturing department, and he says ' I don't know it isn't my department ' so you fire him?
