Hi. To get more free int you can spec into 2 +10 int nodes connecting mental acuity and mind drinker instead of going 2 dex nodes route connecting talons of murder and haste passives. Just a little observation. Thanks for the build.
Edit: also i can only use 4L for puncture atm, swapped faster attacks on it for point blank so it goes like this: puncture-phys proj attack damage-point blank-increased critical damage. Works great so far Last edited by silentwrath888 on Jun 23, 2014, 1:51:08 AM

Hi, looks like a very interesting build. Any idea of its viability without the unique quiver? Was wondering if this will be possible outside of ambush (next league for example).

And again I one shotted myself on a phys reflect rare, didn't see its aura :/.
I'm really wondering how you manage to survive to this problem. You have to check every rare mob stats and this can be hard in party, especially with an aura specialist, as the team go crazy fast in this case. I guess I'll remove again the crit multi, but this nerf my dps so badly, it sucks :/. Ranger builds list: /917964

He is level 100, so obviously it speaks for itself. You do not get 100 by dying. But I don't know how he does it, nearly all of my deaths at high levels have been to reflect when I swapped in Pierce for chain on half regen maps. There is 0 margin of error, 1 shot into the pack I'm dead. And his DPS with Pierce is double what mine is. If I was going to go Pierce/Drillneck I would seriously look into IR.

My problem is with frenzy, LA/GMP has enough damage cut down to be a non-issue. But the problem is almost identical puncture, you can oneshot yourself on that too.
To be safe, I would probably need sensibly more evasion, to be more lucky on 1st hit, because I have a fairly high accuracy of about 2k. 500 hp wouldn't be bad either, but this will be hard to get at an affordable price (would have to compromise on mana & mana regen probably :(). " Thanks for your fast reply with images! I do hope that the quivers get introduced to the game. I remember finding the quiver with a next to perfect roll in the start of ambush but i quickly sold it for 2-3 exalteds before it became popular. Will attempt the build without the quiver but if its in the next league ill definetley get it! What was your damage like on lower levels (70 ish) with worse gear? I assume you need a pretty good bow and jewelry before it really goes out of control like most other bow builds but im curious to hear your thoughts. |
