Crafting improvements in next mini expansion

PoE Crafting: Rich players get to make ridiculous items that make high tier legacy Uniques look balanced, while everyone else throws currency at things until they realize they could just buy everything they want for 1/10 of what they'd put into crafting it.

The problem is not that the top .001% are unable to craft GG items. They're already so distanced from the vast majority of players that they're irrelevant to the situation entirely. The problem is that crafting is absolute garbage for almost everyone that plays the game.
