Get over it. I think you miss the entire point of what people are saying here. I think most people who have given GGG as much (or more) support as I have care about the game and how it is developed more than our own personal preferences. It is not about what I want, it is about what I feel is best for the game overall. When I see wings like this I automatically think of games by very p2w companies whose business plan is to "catch whales" cough R2 cough. This is not something I feel anyone should associate with PoE. Also, to counter your argument that supporters don't want wings fancier than theirs that is not the case for me at least. They look bright gloomy and eerie. Well done but they should be made expensive so they are not too common. It would be less impressive if like 4 people in each town were using them.
