I can log on just fine the issue is that randomly when I transition between maps it boots me to the log in screen and the message in the bottom left reads: failed to connect to instance This is the log line that coincides with said failure: 2014/04/23 23:17:02 817531000 1d6 [INFO Client 5160] Abnormal disconnect: Failed to connect to instance any more ideas? That's what I was asking is if it is still happening. Do you have any antivirus/firewall/security software that could be interfering? Have you tried disabling it all and double-checking (re-adding) any exclusions for Path of Exile? Most of the connection issues with zone transitions are due to firewall or failure to connect to the new address (NAT sometimes). I don't see anything in the trace to indicate any ISP disconnection, and it seems like your problem isn't related to a specific ISP disconnection. This type of issue annoying me about 2 days, even I contacted and make them to check the WinMTR results, and no success at all. Tried several things, no success. 1) Create your own thread. 2) If you're only getting disconnections when changing instances, chances are, you have a different issue due to firewall, or antivirus, or other security software preventing the changeover between instance servers. is the same problem here is log unable log unable enter error and again to log unable log unable and when finally log 1min trying ok go to x boss walk walk next map log screen try unable log unable log unable error instance fuck common, try other min ok i enter i go again the clean map error come to log screen.
