GGG, dare to answer these questions about the state of the game?

As a new player i am enjoying it so far.
My biggest issue is getting my friends to stick around that i rave about the game to and most are "experienced" enough to not need their hands held.Also the presence on steam forums is awful they need a mod to make a sticky saying noobies go here with a link to POE website.Steam is such a massive platform being wasted.I cant talk about endgame problems , but i cant certainly talk about player retention.
