Very Overpowered. The converted Physical Damage and the Double-Relation between Chaos Damage and Energy-Shield...

30-80 Physical Damage converted to 30-80 Chaos Damage. 320 to 400 to Maximum Energy Shield. 5% of that are 16 to 20 Chaos Damage. And you leech that as Energy-Shield! Nice one!
