Items which meet multiple requirements should reap multiple rewards.

This is just my opinion, of course, but I believe that an item like, say, this:
...Should give you both an armorer's scrap AND a chromatic orb...not just the chromatic orb. Also, with items like these: ...You should get armorer's scraps AND transmutation shards, and finally for an item like this: You should get a whetstone AND alteration shards. It especially sucks when all you get is just a chromatic orb, instead of that AND orbs of augmentation and/or alchemy scraps. I don't find perfect 20% quality items very often at all (like, less than 20% of the time, by far), so all of them but one have been rather disappointing for me. :( I went on the hunt for them when I discovered you could trade them in for armorer's scraps and whetstones, but time after time I haven't gotten my reward.
