Hm, also a nice idea. I could imagine sth like:

3 E gems (Empower, Enlighten, Enhance, Lvl 1) + X ingredient = one Lvl 2 E gem (which one depends on the ingredient, maybe a blue skill gem for Empower, etc)

This "20q Tabula Rasa" troll is just trying to get [gullible] noobs to ruin their Tabula Rasas to be unusable...

I personally would never use a Rasa that wasn't 0%q. You can't have a "Blank Slate", with any Stat text like Quality, sullying it's pristine glory...

I highly doubt Tabula Rasa would be dirtied with a Vendor Recipe, or even that a non-Goddess Unique would be used for a Vendor Recipe, out of the blue like that.
