Nope, GGG changed where they could drop, but not the actual drop tables. Those were the same.

Nope, GGG changed where they could drop, but not the actual drop tables. Those were the same.
You seem so sure of what you say. Can you name your sources? Friend inside GGG, or what?

So, people that push hard to reach map content before others have access to advantages?
Working as intended. Not "unfair" because all players can, if they so choose, push that hard.
