Microtransactions a bit too pricey?

I don't know if I'm the only one that thinks the MicroT are a bit overpriced. 20$ for a vampiric weapon EFFECT??!??!?!?!? are you serious. Not even LoL rips us off that hard a skin in league on average is 8$ and it changes the character completely. Please GGG reconsider your prices.

That's what I was thinking too, but then I realized this is probably the best f2p game I have ever played, so I ain't even mad.

Many people have expressed that they seem a little over priced. Opinions are valid.

My thoughts are, that when a company offers NO form of p2w, and gives a completely free full content release game, they have every right to charge a wee little more than normal for cosmetics, which effect nothing in game what so ever.

They do need to make money so we can keep on playing.

The effects can be applied over and over again. They're optional cosmetics, and have no effect on the game you play yourself. If you want to look cool, you have to pay for it. This isn't LoL btw.

I understand that its free to play but that dosent mean you have to over price the MicroT i would understand 10$ or something but 20$ and its "on sale" If they want more supporters they should lower the prices a bit they will get WAY more sales.

I do agree with the OP. I think the prices are holding back a few customers from buying them. If the prices were more manageable to the masses, I think GGG would see a significant increase in profit.

So far I barely saw any low cost head effects as it is. I don't think I saw any item effects. Of course, this is just from my time in towns.

There are plenty of other cosmetic weapon effects that are lower prices. Buy them if 20 bucks is too much for you.
