I agree with OP, the inclusion of a full-on naked young male statue is completely inappropriate. Not only that but the statue is incredibly unattractive. I believe that how appropriate sexual content is can be directly determined by how arousing the sight of it is. Therefore I propose that we increase the age of the statue tenfold, thereby increasing its attractiveness and appropriateness. I believe that if the statue more closely resembled a senior man in, say, his seventies or eighties, complete with well-worn thighs and pendulous... um, ahem, private parts, then the quality of the game will remain intact. You know, like the templar's meaty manstems! Thank you.

I also was quite surprised when i saw the statues, but then again it perfectly fits. In the ancient times of our world such statues where quite common and the game builds on the art style of this ages. Further , if you get down to lunaris temple 2 and 3 and the sick mess Pieti has created it fits in perfectly in this decadent wicked scenery.

2000 years ago nobody complained that there are naked statues of women and men. Even today some of these creations are highly praised. For reference check here

The usual crying about nudity is bound to come up at some point from a couple of people, but the middle finger thing is a dead giveaway of a very bad troll, hahaha.

Further, if the irrelevance of nudity in an environment with such an extreme amount of gore needs honestly explaining to someone, then their opinion is most likely negligible anyways.

Please don't listen to the OP. It's great PoE isn't pathetically shy of things other games choke and wet their pants at the thought of. The body is not something to be ashamed of and many of the finest pieces of art created in human history depict it.
