Exception: Unable to deserialize packet with pid 3

I keep getting this like 30% of the loading screens now. Sometimes 10 times in a row, sometimes never in 3 hours. Really weird :/ The number of the PID is often different
Hey guys ive been having these problems for months. Im running on a wired network btw.
So far the ONLY thing ive found that stops these god damn errors is running the game through a VPN. Of course that means putting up with all kinds of lag. :(

Does anyone with more technical know how have any idea what this could mean?
same errors in my computer
(("exception" bla bla blaaa))
:(
Can someone from GGG please help us with this issue. It has been relentless for months and months. If you search "pid" on the forums the amount of people who have had this issue is crazy.

How to get rid of Exception/Runtime Errors:

1) Go to Windows System Control -> Software or "Add/Remove Programs" to see a list of installed applications. Make sure, Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable is the latest version installed. 32bit system users should have the x86 version (two of them, the 2010 and SP1) and 64bit users both the x86 and x64 version (four of them, the 2010 and SP1). Proceed with step 2.

1a) Don't do this in case step 1 and 2 are sufficient. This was valid for my system and it's not confirmed that it's valid for all: Older MVC versions shouldn't have an impact, newer versions could have an impact. Uninstall any version newer than 2010. Important: This may cause other games to produce similar errors that require a newer version of it, so just reinstall it when you want to play them.

2) Go to (Steam/SteamApps/Common/) Path of Exile/_CommonRedist/vcredist/2010

32bit system users run the x86 file and choose the reset option.

64bit system users run both the x86 and x64 files and choose the reset option.

If you do not find the _CommonRedist folder, download and install MVC from here:
2010 x64: http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=14632
2010 x64 SP1: http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=13523

2010 x86: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555
2010 x86 SP1: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8328

If you still get the errors when running the game, you can try step 1a followed by step 2 again.

Attention: If you got rid of the errors, but pause, play another game, and then start playing PoE again, this also may cause it to produce these errors again. Repeat the steps before starting PoE.
Are there any other solutions to this problem? I'm completely unable to play at the moment due to this error/bug.
Any news or progress on this ? GGG, you realize this is game breaking, right ?
