So if I have gathered the information posted here correctly, it would be impossible to have AB while having e.g. Frenzy with Culling Strike to kill mobs below 10%?

Correct the cullling strike would not kill.. but you could gain the power charges if the mob is killed "shortly after"

"This doesn't currently work, but that's a bug. Culling Strike is not damage, and thus should work through AB. You can still hit things, and all on-hit effects should apply. Those hits just won't deal damage. We'll have that fixed soon. | |

If I have Elemental Damage Auras on and summon an Ethereal Knives Totems Does that Elemental Damage apply to the EK's from the Totems?

Wrath and Anger only apply to Attacks; EK is not an Attack.
Hatred adds Cold damage based on Phyiscal damage; EK deals Physical damage, so it'll benefit. Some additional info: the totems cast 'your' EK. If you are effected by something, so are your totems. Totems do not benefit from Auras, but you do. |

Unless its ranged totem with rain of arrows or something along those line Spells always hit if they connect, but projectiles from bows and wands need an accuracy check. Area-of-effect spells will always hit as well, but weapon area-of-effect attacks like Cleave and Rain of Arrows have to take accuracy checks. |
