15.38 Attacks per Second

That's awesome! Kudos to you, Sir! :D

Well, if you want maximum speed, you're going to need to use a quality Blood Magic support and Blood Rage for the low life IAS bonuses, which will be quite tough to keep up with... Faster Projectiles, LMP, and GMP all add in IAS at the price of insane mana cost. With everything perfect (short of the new passives/bandits in OB) you can reach roughly 17.4 APS.
The problem with that, is that's almost in the realm of impossibility. Sure I could do it eventually, but with the outrageous mana cost of GMP + LMP I wouldn't be able to keep up any attacks. Then factor in the risk from being on low life with Blood Rage, it's damn near suicide. The Life Leech on Blood Rage is practically useless while using Quill Rain because Quill Rain does such poor physical Damage.

It would take a very, very, very special and carefully planned build with the absolute most perfect gear to pull that off. Lots of Physical Damage from Jewelry/Gloves. Lots of Life and Life regen. Perhaps take the Blood Magic keystone and stack Life/Life Regen and Attack Speed sacrificing any kind of defense.

Perhaps once we're well into OB I'll try and do this build, but for now it's just not possible for me. I built my character to survive just to get to the point I'm at now. Unfortunately, I sold all my regret orbs lol.

Right now, though, I could use 40 GCP and a 6 Link Dex armor, lol. I actually forgot about the IAS bonus on LMP and GMP.

Honestly, if the build is possible, it'd take a Kaom's. And a 139 life belt.
If we had something like Crushing Blow from Diablo 2 your build would be the best bosskiller
Speed update: 13.89 aps
Update again: 14.08 aps!

There is something like 74% reduction in mana costs for skills in the passive tree. It is a horrible node for 99.9% of the game, but in your case it might be the only way you can sustain, even breifly, the maximum allowable ASPD.

Chitus: Emperor of Wraeclast.
Aristeaus: 40k Walking around armor.
Spectrez: lol k
This is pretty funny !

Nice job :)

If you want some aura help: use Malachais mask to cast them, then take the mask off. The auras do not get hit by the 100% increase cost but remain cast on life now. Assuming you have some life to spare it could help alot with any mana issues...

Edit: Also, I have an awful lot of items/currency(aside from fusing) on legacy if you're still looking for stuff perhaps crafting.
