I refuse to trade or group with others... crafting in the game suits my playstyle fine.

1 alch and 1 scour are always worth 1 chaos. Always. Anyone who refuses to acknowledge that isn't someone you should trade with. If someone asks for 5 chaos for something, they should always being willing to take 5 alchs and 5 scours instead.
Bullshit, you get the game for free.

They are equal, just because you want to sell them for more, doesn't mean I will buy them...
:P |

" They might have equivalent value on paper, but they're not necessarily equally tradeable. Around the world many people are happy to accept US dollars, but not happy to accept the equivalent value in Nepalese Rupees. One currency is more desirable and easier to exchange than the other is. If I'm on holiday overseas and I want to buy an item in a shop that won't accept the currency I have, I go to a currency exchanger and buy the local currency, doing so at a cost (knowing that the currency exchanger is taking a profit from the deal). Then I go to the shop and pay for what I want in their local currency. If I want to buy something on poexplorer, I pay in the advertised currency, which has been in chaos for the items I looked at. To get chaos I sell other currency items, doing so at a cost. I don't care what the exact currency exchange should be. If I want to buy something in chaos, then I will sell other orbs to get chaos. If that makes me a stupid noob, so be it. But I do the same thing offline too. If I want to buy something, I just pay the advertised price. I don't shop around and get out my calculator to make sure I'm not paying too much. Why would I be more exacting and miserly with currency in a computer game than I am with real world currency? It's not even real money! :D |

If you're not using some currency on maps, you may be doing it wrong.
Just my 2c. "Witty remark."

" Its a barter system, let people price things the way they want. people these days, so butthurt over everything. If a kaoms costs 500 EX if its not legacy its a scam if its a legacy and the offer is 5 EX its a lowball offer. If i buy a pack of soup in store A it costs 1 dollar if i go to the other one it costs 1.50 dollars. Is this a scam too then? get your heads out of your asses people, we have a barter system, use it!! |

some people just arent as intelligent as others.
I think that sums up trading in this game, other games and life. Also OP, look up map running at some point. theres a few more than the top 1% doing that. |
