I read today about the patch and i was shocked. I'am cuttently lvl 77...
So i'am playing around and try to make my skill tree...

Ok Vaal pact is lesser effective. but i skilled it: better lesser leech that no one.
At this moment i have 400 lesser maximun energie points than before the patch but better resists...

I try a map and in my opinion it is playable!
But you must play carefullier than before!

This is my skill tree at the moment:
( try to allocate the energie shield notes at next, i've allocated ressit nodes too if you have better equip and do not need them don't skill it ;-) ):
