What are other BiS unique items except Kaom's Heart for this build?

I've been running the following build and I've been thinking of rolling into Etups axe scion build. Curious if you think it would be worth doing. Would I see much of an increase in dps / health?

So kaoms is the best axe for this build but since u recommend running sword ranger what would be bis sword to use?

Question on the Scion Axe tree. Why do you choose "Finesse" over "Slice and Dice". U get 4% more Accuracy rating, the same amount of Attackspeed and 6% more phys Damage.

Is there particular reason why u went away from ST-build? Just boring or does it get worse around lvl 90?
