So I really like this build but I think the skilltree and the support gems might need a bit of polishing.
Skilltree: For reference, this is the 107 Point Skilltree of OP: Staying as close as possible to OPs build, this Skilltree gives the same and more: In comparision my Skilltree results in:

+80 Dex -20 Int +28% Increased Evasion Rating +22 Base Life -6% Decreased Life +1% Life/Second (Regeneration) +30% Increased Stun Recovery (meh) 30% Chance to avoid Stuns (yay) - 10 Base Mana -4% Decreased Energy Shild (resulting in slightly less Mana through Eldrich Battery, not that important) +20% Increased Mana Reg +40% Increased Phys Damage (with Daggers obviously) -9% Decreased Projectile Damage (so overall more damage, just slightly less elemental damage with Spectral Throw) +160 Accuracy (from Dex) +20% increased Accuracy +5% Increased Attack Speed +20% Increased Critical Strike Chance +10% Increased Critical Strike Multiplier +20% Projectile Speed (so Spectral Throw travels farther) So overall my passive tree yields slightly less mana but a lot more damage, utility (avoiding stun, faster projectiles, life and mana reg) and slightly better defences (about the same life but more evasion-> armor) "Physical Projectile Attack Damage" vs "Increased Critical Damage" Another thing that bugs me is the use of "Increased Critical Damage" as Support Gem. As far as I know "increased Damage"-Modifier only stack additively. That means it only increases our Base Damage but not all the "increased Damage" we already got form the Skilltree. If we change that gem for "Physical Projectile Attack Damage" we get a "more Damage"-Modifier, which stacks "multiplicatively". In other words it boosts our Base Damage and also our INCREASED DAMAGE. Increased Critical Damage lvl 20 provides 109% increased Damage from our BASE DAMAGE.
Physical Projectile Attack Damage lvl 20 provides 49% more Damage and 10% less attackspeed. 1.49*0.9 results in around 34.1% more damage. So all we need is around 56% increased Damage (1.341*1.56~2.1) on our gear and passive (which is an absolute joke) to do more damage with Physical Projectile Attack Damage. Conclusion: Take "Physical Projectile Attack Damage" over "Increased Critical Damage". The only exception being you got huge amounts of elemental damage (like HUGE). Im currently lvl 40 with this build and it feels a bit op with a mightflay. Im a bit concerned about the lack of life nodes, but will keep plugging away at it and see if i can hit endgame. Anyone else get that far yet in the new leagues?

Just started playing this as well, I've been wanting to do a crit spectral throw build for a long time, your build showed me a good base to work with.
@animalhouse, just modify the tree to take more life. That's what I did since I'm playing this on Invasion. IGN: Dmillz

How does this even work in maps? Pretty much no armour/evasion/shield/es nodes, this build looks like a glass cannon version of the usual scion/ranger st sword builds.

I see you have spectral throw listed as level 1, but I see others in this thread with it leveled. Are you not supposed to keep it at level 1? Also I see you have crit multiplier as a linked gem however when I looked up crit multiplier there was no such gem, can someone clarify this?
