I feel like it's some form of a joke in the first place. I'm pretty sure he's well aware that the chest isn't worth 25 ex, which is why I think he wasn't legitimately trying to sell it. His build is pretty cool and it wouldn't work without it, so again I don't see why he would sell it. I really don't want to sell it because I am still kinda happy I got it, but people are ruining that joy for me and if that's gone the soul mantle is just a reminder of a bad time and will then be sold anyways.
