It's like getting 4 regular white siege axes out of one mob or chest. The chances of that happening according to RNJeebus is so slim that it should almost never happen. But yet, it's kinda not uncommon to see 2-4 of the same white item pop from a single mob/chest. RNG by way of seeds are just not really RNG. You might be on a lucky streak because the instance you are in has a good seed value. But this has been discussed to death before.
