I believe the main reason for the migration is so the negative resists can be put in for cruel ruthless and merciless. I am sure there will be a few more fixes and smaller things but I believe thats the big thing coming on this patch/migration

Would also assume its to get more accurate PvP balancing data, since the old items which cannot drop anymore will not be in the new league.
That is when PvP is released of course | |
