Unless I am mistaken, your suggested tree uses 108 points, where his end game current one uses 106. To make it a fair comparison, I dropped a 10% physical damage, and an 8% life node.

So...

-4% Increased Health
+8% increased physical damage.

Over all its not a bad trade off. Even with less % health from nodes, you will see more health from this path. However the loss of 16% resists is pretty big if you don't have great gear. And at the end of the day I guess it just comes down to how good your gear is, and what you're looking for in the build. Choosing one over the other will not make or break your build.

Aha you're right! However I think the 12% radius to area skills is pretty big, especially without quality Melee Splash. Really becomes preference a lot more that way.

Where are you guys getting the 12% radius of area skills from? o-o

this guide is nice! i'll be using this for my next char! :)
Would this work at all if modified to be used with a 2h? Looks cool but I'm looking for a 2h build.

He suggested going into the Templar starting area to get the increased area radius/damage. There is also a southern path into Marauder that yields more damage, but less HP. It all depends on your play style.

As this post is Blender guide i don't think we should discuss your build too much here (not to ninja hijack this thread) so maybe you could do a post about your build and just do some simple tip/tricks on game play etc.

Quoted from page 108. x2p deserves what he does: it's called respect.

As far as posting alterations to the build, I do not find it disrespectful. Since the passive tree is so large and "complex", I see nothing wrong with the community coming together and sharing their ideas. No matter how well you may think you know the passive tree, there probably is another way to do things... and at the end of the day, the core of the build is still there.

So.. you're going to change 95% of the nodes? Sounds like this build will not work for you. There should be plenty of builds out there that use 2handers. I wouldn't pick one that is exclusively dual wielding.
Did Heavy Strike wouldn't be better than a Dual Strike ?

How about no?

Did you even read the guide?

There really isn't though, that's the problem! No well-established tested builds utilizing 2handers which is a bummer.

You'd be surprised how quickly you can amass good amounts of currency once you're farming end-game maps. Finding rares that sell for 1 ex + isn't uncommon, and it helps to get that lucky drop that brings in a big chunk as well.
