Yes you lose a very small amount of resists (at that point in the game you should be easily capped from gear alone) and the -30% from crit strikes does suck to lose.

Overall the difference (from my builds perspective):
+4% increased life
-1.9% less hp regen/sec (1% node is right on the path only 1 node away if you want it)
+24% increased armor
-16% less resist all
+18% increased physical damage
-30% extra damage from crits
+8% increased area damage
+50 strength
+12% increased radius of area skills
+1 endurance charge

If using the BoR helmet, is it worth losing the resist and -30% extra damage from crits? As of now i am only 61 in HC so I can using only a couple of refund points go either build.

This is something you need to consider for sure! I don't think you will go wrong either way honestly. The crits is the only thing I really feel I give up. 16% resist all seems like a lot but my build still takes 30% to all which is still lots.

Unless I am mistaken, your suggested tree uses 108 points, where his end game current one uses 106. To make it a fair comparison, I dropped a 10% physical damage, and an 8% life node.

So...

-4% Increased Health
+8% increased physical damage.

Over all its not a bad trade off. Even with less % health from nodes, you will see more health from this path. However the loss of 16% resists is pretty big if you don't have great gear. And at the end of the day I guess it just comes down to how good your gear is, and what you're looking for in the build. Choosing one over the other will not make or break your build.

Aha you're right! However I think the 12% radius to area skills is pretty big, especially without quality Melee Splash. Really becomes preference a lot more that way.

Where first line is current blender guide and second is yours. So i loose a bit of defense (which is gained back thanks to extra endurance charge which i wanted to get in my build anyway) but i gain 1K health and little DPS on Cyclone.

Just getting extra 1K health is worth the change in my mind BUT this will cost me a lot of currency.

As this post is Blender guide i don't think we should discuss your build too much here (not to ninja hijack this thread) so maybe you could do a post about your build and just do some simple tip/tricks on game play etc.

It always good to have more hp.

some end-game boss(map) can easily one-hit you 4,000 damage to those 10k armor and 75% all res.

non-crit. no jk.
