RNG. I can run around with 100q/300R and get nothing of value. My buddy joined 10 days ago, plays LA ranger, has had 5 exa drop, over 20gcp, Bringer of Rain, 1 3 tri ele + life 5 link, and 2 five link thickets. You guys can moan about IIQ/IIR all you want, but 5 ex and a BoR is worth a whole lot more than 100 quill rains.

I've found like 8ex...hundreds of gcp, bringer of rain, lioneyes, rares that sell for 3-4ex+, bunch of 5links, 3x alphas howls, 7x rathpits..etc on ~0iiq 20iir
