the itempool is much smaller compared to mercyless

To be fair, I'm sure it's useful in its own right, to someone who builds around it. I believe that was the creator's intention, and having paid that much to create it, I'd say he had every right to tailor it the way he wanted. This coming from someone who has witnessed 4 Infernal Mantles in the never-ending quest for that elusive Shavronne's. I'm not sure who decided to make it an occultist vestment, though.

And how would you know that it was supposed to be a Saintly Chainmail? Maybe the creator wanted to make a pure ES chest out of his unique.

I started anarchy on a physical cleaver hyped for the buff, but at lvl 81 rerolled summoner, actually lvl 85, with a bunch of IIR running 66-70 maps just for drops, not caring about xp. Now I have 21 pure exalt + random currency and a reasonable gear, 2 andvarius 80% 1 by drop 1 bought a 6L chest crafted by myself (bunch alteration from yellows), just by playing the game :/

I enjoyed the cleaver but meh IIR is too op and i'm greedy :P

Its all about luck (RNG), knowing the prices (for flipping) and investing quite some time. You can get absolutely nothing since open beta like me. And then 3 exalt and 2 divine drops in a week (true story). RNG is RNG.

On gear I have 240IIR, spectres have the gem linked +63% and actually titty bitches 90% have the last hit, works pretty good. I didn't care about IIQ coz u get it from the map
