Oh, I know it's damage can be half-decent, but any area later than The Ledge is going to involve lots of enemies that don't "cooperate" with it's ground-burn effect ;p

ur doing it wrong.

conc effect/increased aoe/fire pen/elemental proliferation

you kill with the ignite, not with the silly ground burn.

Id be interested to see a reflect build. Ive been working on one myself but there doesnt seem to be any useful way of scaling reflect damage beyond punishment.

This is pretty much my Tempest build, only thing that misses to have a maximize damage when they hit me is to get a Shavronne otherwise i do like 3K tempest +250anvil per block
and if you consider molten shell as a "reflect" (punishment when hit) i got a dual cast when stunned while being low life

Try making one with Spectral Throw.
