How did you find POE

Heard about it on D3 forum and tried it.
First of all I wasnt so much positive about the game (mainly because of D3 has much better grafic and the D3 gameplay isnt nearly as chaotic as PoE gameplay with 6+ players and "thousands" of minions...)

But the longer I played the more I liked the game.
It really feels much more like "Diablo" than D3..
You even have to plan your build again!

I mean sure the game isnt perfect but it is still in beta status.
Sure there are grafic bugs, disconnects... but there are a lot of good features in the game:
Passive skilltree, economy, crafting, Skillgems, Item Quality, build diversity...


What I hope to see in the released Version:
- no more grafic bugs and disconnects!!!!
- more Details in Dungeons (more clutter more diversity...)
- better Chat (Chatrooms, nicer GUI...)
- Much more uniques and please, please, please Sets!!!
- More different stats on items (missing: energyshield penetration, +%dmg to energy shield, crushing blow, %life to mana, % energyshield to Life, bleeding, slow down enemys, mana after Kill, mana per hit, increased radius, absorb elemental dmg, knockback, crit-chance (not in %), and lot more)
- more Itemslots (e.g. something like charms in D2)
- Mercenaries (more items needed per build -> more diversity -> more builds possible)
- make minions not klickable and/or smaller... it is really annoying playing with summoner atm.

D3 Forums

So glad to find a game that isn't trying to appeal to every casual gamer out there.

Heard about the game at work, working on a another game lol. Sounded awesome, then I kinda spaced it and heard it again at my current work.

Looking forward to giving the game a go tonight.

It was either from D3 forums or from Totalbiscuit, can't remember which was first. D3 was a huge disappointment to me and so far PoE is great!

I can't wait for HC Cutthroat league!

heard about it on D3 forums back in June i think.. made an account here early July, kinda looked around but didn't give it much thought. Eventually kept hearing more about it then watched Kripp's first impression video and immediately got the bronze supporter pack.

i love where this game is heading and i may not have the power of someone like Kripp but i am doing my best to spread the word on this game. especially to the d2 faithful who were heartbroken over d3.

Like most it seems, I found out about the game on the D3 forums while watching the reaction from launch day. So glad I didn't buy that game. I've since spent the $60 i would have spent there here instead +some. Blizzard dropped the ball and you were there to pick it up. Thank You.
