Hope they bring back Phase Run sometime soon as well. Can't wait for the Diamond Flasks for my Frost Crit Witch

so yeah I see this being crazy retarded.

Phase run looks absolutely cool, I hope it will be brought back too, it was just a shame it was picked in every build. I feel like arctic armour replaces it, but the extra movement speed comes at a mana cost so it only works good for some builds.
