Havoc #1 Onslaught!

his rule for HC play: "you can't kill that which has no life"...

look at his statistics.
15 hours played? 19? 20???

I used to be a fan of Havoc's since watching him hit SC level 100, live on stream.
but right now, the guy just genuinely and completely scares me.

First time is seen that stats page, pretty depressing looking at mine http://poestatistics.com/users/find/whyhate.html

Anyone with decent skill and time can be number one...
Havoc was 1st yesterday before he logged.
Gora overtook him and promptly snuffed it.

I wish Havoc well, it amuses me to no end after all the "pfft scrubcore, try playing HC" crap he got with Standard 100.

So he takes a witch to 91 on HC within a matter of days then rolls on Onslaught and takes rank 1.

His mapping allies on his trip to 100 aside, Havoc's a really nice guy and quite helpful, that much came through on his streams weeks ago and still holds true.

Havoc will die.

Died around level 35 in HC

Someone needs to look again at the HC ladder.
Someone dying at lvl 35 on their first character in a game, ever, doesn't mean what you think it means.
Casually casual.

lmfao at all the cry baby nerds that just come in to talk bad about someone else.
I for once am very happy that a player from softcore is number 1 in onslaught.. I'm a bit fed up with all the comments from "Krip and company". There are players that are in softcore because their countries have heavy lag (I never have bellow 300 ping. NEVER) and there are players that just happened to start from softcore and continued there because they had a goal(yes that's Havoc). All this "scrubcore" trend that is being going on in POE is truly unacceptable.. A player that reaches level 100 in standard is amazing.. He knows the game inside out exactly as a hardcore player like Krip does. Havoc is proving it.. Lets hope he can continue being number one and shut some mouths:D
Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy.

Ahh, so we go from people complaining about Kripp fanboys to Havoc fanboys? If you are gonna bash someone and be a fanboy, your opinion is completely devalued.

As far as the difference between softcore and hardcore, softcore definitely has its advantages, aka being able to try as many builds as you want and not worry about dieing. Hardcore is hardcore because you never die, something that softcore can never boast. Yes every build is built with survivability in mind, so there isn't that build freedom that softcore has. However, the mindset that no matter what challenge you are going to face and not succumb to death is pretty awesome (I don't care about Kripp or Havoc because they are both great players).

They don't call it softcore and hardcore for nothing.

If you think that there isn't a huge difference between softcore and hardcore as well as the players, then you are completely ignorant and should stop posting.

Person A: Enjoys the versatility of his game and wants to explore all aspects, grind with no fear, etc., plays scrubcore.

Person B: Enjoys the single challenge of not dieing and will cater his entire gameplay to that one respect, plays alt-f4-core.

Havoc and Kripp are NOT the same thing, and are both on different levels compared to each other. Stop being a fucking fanboy dumpster.

They don't call it softcore, it's standard.

I have a lvl 85 in standard who is solo, self found, has no deaths and has never 'cowarded' out of a situation with esc or alt-f4.

Tell me how was that different or easier on standard, tell me how it would be different or more difficult on HC.

Spoiler
and be careful, as there is a catch 22 that you may just walk right into

Someone is winning a 4 month race after 5 days?

But it will be intresting to see at the end, who is on top and who is dead. He seems good enough, for a scrubcore player.
