Make sure your raising as high of a level spectre as you can. Your level 68 so you should have access to eternal labs in merc(for the flame sentinels). Running merc lab for the soul weaver node is also a huge boost to their life and damage.

Getting gem level 20 flame golems and spectre from poe.trade will also be a huge jump to your dps. I see your running hatred and haste which doesn't really do much for fire based minions.

I recommend the triple purities and discipline when you switch to CI. It allows you to gear a lot cheaper/flexible while giving your minions and yourself a good defensive boost.

If you can't afford golem jewels(they are really expensive this league) Going Vis mortis and going pure spectre summoner is a cheaper option.

I have done some upgrades, can you tell me now how to get more ES ?

Get the vertex and a 6L vis mortis or a 6L/5L 700+ ES Chest, 400+ ES shield, 200+ ES gloves should give you enough for 14K or more ES

Your desecrate gem is underleveled, so that will impair your spectres until it catches up. Dont use desecrate in maps until it can at least summon the map level, just pick up any of flame sent, goat hellraiser or undying incinerators. They all perform similarly and use the same gem sockets.

Spirit eater really doesnt do much for minions. 30% increased damage is pretty insignificant for a notable (you have 250% from passive tree already + gems) whereas mistress of sacrifice lets you use spirit offering on yourself defensively which is really big.

The 30% increased duration helps for other things as well like vaal discipline, SRS, skeletons etc. as well as offerings.
