If i could add my 2 cents. I would mainly prefer a looting system like diablo 3. But either way i would prefer a single looting system over a bunch of options.

Even tho i prefer a diablo 3 loot system, i could live with a diablo 2 loot system aswell. The entire ideology of letting people choose how looting works seems dysfunctional in a game like Path of Exile. It also show that the game devs will change their basica game concepts to suit everyones taste. Which is not something myself would want to see in a RPG style of game.

Its sad that we all can't play the same game together and have fun. But, im very interested to see when and how they will implement these options. I see even more problems arising for even more options. Just my 2 cents.

It may not be a choice word for some people. But it is for most people. Which is why you see it being used. Sure, there are better words or more tasteful words which could be used but common. Its a game forum not a UN meeting.

Im wondering what the actual consequence to the game will be when these options go live. I've not yet read the actual release date for this concept. From what i've read it seems as only a possibilty which might be added in the future. Also, the game developers don't really want to do this. Which makes me wonder why they would even consider this if this is not something they want.

So, as is; We have Harcore, Default and Race leagues. And with in those leagues we have another grouping based on loot preference? I can't really understand the lgic behind that.
I would rather have a poll which asks what players on the log in screen. Let the players vote and choose one solution.

Im not really looking forward to this change, if it happens. But, im also not happy with its current system which tries to tie in too many player issues and complaints.
