Europe Server 200/300MS Latency when usually was a lot better.

Playing from Italy aswell, started today actually, but the game is unplayable, ping goes between 250-300 and sometimes spikes up to 500ms :/

You need to run the WinMTR like the other posts in this thread. The trace you gave doesn't give a clear picture.. only little bits of information. The WinMTR gives a more complete picture of the network conditions.
tonight is going to be the same i guess... winter is coming in italy ...again!

MadJoe: Are you on a wireless connection, because I'm seeing packet loss just getting to your ISP outside your router (granted is is only 1-4 packets). not sure which device is on the 192.168.100.1 but I'm guessing it is your modem, and 192.168.1.1 is your router. They should both be within your same network/wiring if I was to guess, but either way, you shouldn't be losing packets that quickly in the process.

If you're not on a wireless connection, then you have some wiring issues. If you're on a wireless connection, I'd attempt to use a hard-wired connection and see if it improves anything for you.

Yeah I'm on wireless, and I have no way to connect via wire at the moment :D
Anyway, I'm able to play other games hosted on North American/Canadian servers with and average of 180 ping, which is cut by about half if I use WTFast proxy. With no lag spikes etc.
Here I'm getting worst latency than overseas servers, which shouldn't be the case as the servers are located in EU.

Is the lag all the time, or mainly only at peak hours? The reason I ask is that peak EU times make servers more loaded down, and it can be less of a latency/ping issue and more of a server load issue.. being that the US is mostly asleep at EU peak times... so you could get better and less crowded servers using US servers during EU peak times, where people in the US might get better responses using EU servers during US peak times.
it's like this all day long starting from 2/3 days ago.
Im having similiar issues that started for 2-3 days ago as well, hard to see that its just a coincidence since im playing from sweden, never had issues before and now I constantly have 500-800 MS

This I can't tell for sure, since I just started playing today at about 4PM (GMT+1 timezone).
I will log in late tonight at 2-3AM and see if there is any difference.
