Is it work with a spell totem + skill if we put this effect on weapon ?

Someone can test extra gore effect (if already bought of course) with shockwave totem ? :)

I'm not sure if it works because it doesn't work if i wear carnage heart.

I answer to my self.

It doesn't work if i use a totem.

Example:
spell totem + spark = doesn't work
spark without totem = works

Tested with carnage heart.

I grabbed the Razer footprints effect (they're free). I think a lot of people had a kneejerk reaction that Grinding Gear were selling out, which is fallacious if you bother to read the announcement. They're just intertwined green snakes and the effect doesn't last very long.
