What about a Sword breaker (unique dagger) - giving additional block chance when used in the offhand while dual wielding? :D

What I'm currently missing from my days in Ragnarök Online is the Fly Wing item that let's you teleport to a random point on the current map.
So I'd like a unique flask that does that.

Or maybe a flask that fills up a random charge with twice as much charges as you usually can have.

Sounds like a great idea.

However, not sure about 500+ people all joining in, it might get abit hectic, not to mention some heated debates. Though I'm sure there is a less stressful way to do it.

A community designed unique is a great idea though, agree.

This idea reminds me of the community design of this MTG card.

Getting people to self-advertise prior to offering a service you would have anyway is beneficial though.

He is using a polling method to generate an entire game using community opinion. I recommend a similar method to generate a community crafted item, by breaking it down into parts that are mutually exclusive and can be generically polled.
