Regarding inflation: Has some sort of orb-points system been considered to replace the current random reward allocations in events? Less chance of randomly flooding the market with exalteds (or other potential future rare orbs) due to a few lucky rolls, and also provides a more results-based distribution of prizes.
The guaranteed prizes for each incriment of higher levels achieved is a nice improvement over the previous random spot prizes, btw. IGN: KoTao

good idea to augment the races prizes.
I Like the "still alive" prize : stay alive untill the end is rewardable when you give all to win in an HC setting race, and give to newcomers and to those who die at half-race the chance to earn something. orbs are consumable so i can't really see a permanent inflation with them anyway... ... nothing

" Yeah I guess there's room for both types of racing in one event. " Since it's a hardcore league, I don't think you should be eligible for the "survival" prizes if you have died at least once. In fact, we shouldn't have the ability to create another character in the league at all in my opinion. |

Note to self don't try to race with 3 people in the group sounds fun and it was but not possible to race way to many mobs.
the load lagg in the zones with that many mobs is just to much and kept causing me to stutter and every time i would unlagg i was surrounded and finally died around the climb. the shamans are way OP in my opinion. good luck to the rest |

I don't see how in the hell people are making it into act 2 solo by the time I'm able to reach prison with a team.
It's not like we dick around in town or take forever to spec or gear, constant motion and still so far behind... Will be trying again next week and hoping we improve. Now presenting! Venom ink; malice in the pen, poison on the paper, anger in the mind.
