I find that Marohi is just too slow, but I am not sure, as I did not keep mine and have not been able to find one I can borrow that is only 4L to see if it is the same dps.
Furthermore, I am able to use a quality Increased Area of Effect gem that is a higher level, so although I have to use a support socket for that, it adds a lot of AoE to the Slam.

Thanks for posting your sweet equips ykhang! Really like the culling MF totem :) But, I think if you used a different curse you would have more survivability and damage output (such as warlord's mark, enfeeble, or temp chains). Finally, why use purity over determination? The extra resists seems outweighed by the thousands of extra armor. Oh, and you should probably use Concentrated Effect on your Leap Slam... It's rediculous how much damage it gives. Unless you have a mana issue with it, it is just godlike.

Will this work will an all out MF build with just the chest piece and head piece giving ES?

Here is my gear so far, but I plan to replace the Carnage with my MF gold ammy, will the life steal from blood rage be enough to maintain the survivability of my character?

Sorry! My bad!

5K ES is a bit low but you should be ok as long as you play it safe, but I would definitely go Dream Frag if you skimp on ES since than you can make sure you don't perma-freeze and die.

Just be wary of physical reflect if you dont use Carnage Heart, as it will be a hell of a lot scarier, and potentially lethal if you are hitting for a large amount of physical damage. (BTW if you are trading off that Carnage lmk ;) its a heck of a lot better than mine, might be able to scrape up some currencies to swap you for it hahaha)

Furthermore, if you want to try, using an ezomyte circlet you can probably get about 500 es on your helm, which would make up for a lot of the lacking from other pieces. Also, Perandus Blazon gives a decent amount of ES through its all stats and also gives 20 quant, pretty sweet deal for a belt! (and you can roll + es on your ammy and rings, which would help as well!)

If you keep up endurance charges, molten shell, and enduring cry, nothing should really be able to hit hard enough to 1 shot you, but you might have some close calls with physical reflect if your mace is too strong. I have a swap mace that is shitty for if I am being lazy and don't want to use blood rage and dont want to 1-shot myself.

Part of the reason I was able to work out my dps is because I tested on physical reflect, and found myself to be piercing roughly 30k out of my 67k armor when I did 7k physical damage, resulting in me halving my health off hitting one mob (would have been death on multiple mobs). Since you have a high dps faster mace, you will penetrate less armor so theoretically you should be fine.

*NOTE* Blood Rage is currently bugged, and the bonus Life Leech from its quantity is not applying after it is refreshed due to a kill. Same with any increased duration effects linked to it in your gear. Still waiting for GGG to fix, so be wary!

EDIT: FUCKING LOVE YOUR CHEST! :) (and you may want to re-roll your mace colors so as to use concentrated effect. It's OP as far as damage goes!)

I've been experimenting with a couple of things. So far I am doing the flicker and multi build. Have you experimented with this or have you stuck with leap the whole way?

Also, i dont understand what you mean by bloodrage is bugged. Does that mean you have to continuously cast it non stop after every pack?

Also, i'll let you know about carnage - will have to see how bad reflect is first.

I tried flicker with multi but I find heavy and leap safer. May be me, comcast, or GGG, but I just don't feel as invincible while flickering.

Blood Rage (when it is rest due to a kill after your timer runs low) resets to a non-quality version, so while you do not need to recast, it won't have the bonus 4% life leech. Waiting for GGG to fix, because a level 20 blood rage 20 quality should be enough (theoretically again) if one is using a high-speed mace instead of a slower one, because you will be doing less overall dps.

No on a 20% Blood Rage it makes it around 13% at level 17. Maybe more maybe less. I think with just Blood Rage + Carnage Heart it is possible to reach 30% Leech, which should be eough to survive dual reflect, and easily surpass singular.

Just wanna thank you for this idea, my build is a huge succes - running around with 140+% mf with 5k ES at level 72 and pretty much only dying to desync. Clearing maps in like under 4 minutes lol :D

Glad its working! Wish I could go full MF myself, but my chest is a piece of shit LOL.

You shouldn't have problems with Desync though, should be able to outleech its effects if you are desyncing into mobs. That's also the reason for using a slower mace, more leech and less desync due to less actions and less checks made by the server and your computer.

I think I will make a separate little section for this MF version of the build :) do you mind?
