Died at 99% for the first time in a month (haven't been playing much) due to some sort of bug. Not sure how I died, but I still had ES when I was dead, which is strange, and should be impossible. (I had 2037 Es, have ScreenShot of it...)

Trying this build out in Anarchy after having been on a 2month or so hiatus from PoE. Currently level 38 and a bit worried about this next stretch of progression (down towards Iron Reflexes). I feel pretty squishy right now and don't have the raw DPS that I would like, but that could be because I haven't really gotten much good gear yet. On my way to Cruel Merveil tonight, so wish me luck!

Hmm. How good ES eq do i need before respecing into CI?
Im currently at act2 merciless, got to the phase of points ready for respec, but don't have really any good ES eq ( like 100 es armor, 50's gloves/helm etc...). So, do i need to farm for alot better, or how much is survivable? Or should i go to farm act3? bit afraid of the chaos dmg there.. |

Respected to CI the day before yesterday , will probably finish merciless soon.
But HOLY CRAP the mobs on the docks are owning me. I'm guessing that isnt the best place for farming for us the way it seems to be for most specs? It went from easymode pretty much to OMFG im instadead to the void... things. spaming the fire potion doesnt seem to help much either. Occasionally i get them before they get me , but its not easy at all. I have 75% resist to everything, and I'm pretty good at hitting the anti shock/chill/burning potions. <edited later - ok scratch the above, lol - somehow I had the wrong gear on and my resists were in the toilet not so hard after all> Last edited by TroySpiral#6087 on Jul 9, 2013, 11:48:56 AM

" 2-3k ES (with Discipline on) for standard league would be ok for act3 merciless. " What level are you ? My witch is 64 now and I got to docks at 63,but I have a pretty good weapon and 5k single and 2k AoE without my 4 frenzy charges so I two shoot almost every pack. To crit or not to crit ?

" Killing them wasn't really the problem it was that I had to stay in melee range long enough to do it. But , doh, I wasn't wearing the right gear, and my resists were for crap. =D Went back, was pretty easy. Yeah typically I one or two shot most of the non elite packs as long as I land right with LS. Although soloing is getting zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz. Just cant find a partner. |

When you say in your FAQ "your gear is shit" what gear would you prefer to have if you had a "wish list" ? Is there a gear(or gears) you can get to replace the carnage heart? What is the "shit" part?
