Not required ofc, you can spec US and spent too much skill points or maybe get tons of evasion and armor and spend even more points/stats.

Have you tried CI builds without Chayula?
Actually, I know the answer - it is "no".
CI without Chayula or Unwavering Stance can not survive at high level content, if only it's not dual totem build with very accurate playstyle.

Cloak of flames - underrated. If only it had like 350Es, or like 80hp it would be so friggin powerfull it wouldnt even be funny.
