Cloak of flame is certainly underrated, pity it has no life.
I was running around with it as a 2h melee marauder, ironic how it was my best piece of armour, so to speak. |

All the love for cloak of flame is awesome you guys. 15% flat damage reduction may not match up to true end-game chest pieces, but you need some damn good gear before even considering switching it out.
