[3.24] Atziri's Disfavour Cyclone Build | Slayer | Necropolis | Path of Exile 3.24

Hi, I have the very same issue.
I have almost the same build, basically only difference is where I acquire resists, I am even on higher max resist cap, I am on more HP, my MH increased Crit chance % is same, his 746 vs mine 742. But the difference is the DEFAULT CRIT CHANCE and I have no idea where to get it. So my DPS now is measly 12M vs his 24M and I dont know how to get it. The only difference is that I dont have Flash and Flame yet so I have Fervor in ascendancy, but that does not affect Crit chance.

Can you explain how tf do you get basic crit chance higher? to get 100% crit chance?

Just want to say the build is amazing . i tried void forge and tweaked alittle the gears . i have more damage than orginal but lack a little EHP.best deffence is to attack. this build with this amount of damage just crushes all bosses.
